T-Mobile

SPE provided engineering services for the new construction of a strip mall in Tillman’s Corner, AL. The building included a 4,700 square foot building with 3 tenant spaces. Two of the tenant spaces were designed as white box design and the third (approximately 1,400 square feet) was a tenant buildout for T-Mobile. The design included HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems for the building.
